Installing Redi-Rock is fast and easy using the following guidelines.

Steps to Install Blocks

1. Level and compact a solid base for the bottom layer of blocks to sit on. (It may be necessary to place 6-8" of compacted gravel to create a solid base)
2. When placing the first row of blocks, it is important to make sure that the blocks are level. Bottom blocks should be used for the first row to create stability, unless only one row is being placed.
3. Middle blocks can then be placed over the bottom row such that they interlock two bottom blocks. As this system continues, the entire wall will be interlocked.
4. The retaining wall can be tied back into the backfill material with occasional deadmen or fabric layers.
5. Top blocks are then used to create a top row which is recessed to allow for topsoil placement.
6. Topsoil can then be placed to within 4" of the block face.
7. Color applications can be applied if desired.
